Annual Radiotherapy Conference 2026 is a one-day Society and College of Radiographers meeting for therapeutic radiographers and radiotherapy professionals. The Cvent event page describes a refreshed high-impact format built around the theme Pathways with Purpose, following the full radiotherapy care pathway from first contact and planning through treatment delivery to living with and beyond cancer. The programme is positioned around expert insight, innovation, industry collaboration, patient voice, personalised care, outcomes, assistive technologies and practical service improvement.
The conference includes proffered paper sessions. The proffered paper page lists accepted work under themes including Precision in Practice - Imaging, Planning & Delivery, Beyond the Beam - Personalised Care & Outcomes, Safer Systems - Quality, Learning & Real-World Practice, and Fair Access, Better Outcomes - Designing Equitable Radiotherapy Services. This gives the event clear research and portfolio value for radiotherapy professionals who want to present or learn from audit, service evaluation, patient-experience work and applied clinical research.
Registration is through Cvent. The fees page shows SoR member £200, non-member £266 and SoR Student Member £75 delegate passes, including access to conference and exhibition, teas and coffees, snacks and buffet lunch; accommodation is not included. Early bird rates are extended until 17:00 on 13 July 2026, standard fees apply from 14 July, and registration closes at 17:00 on 11 August 2026. The CPD Now page states that attendance may support outcomes including practical skills, patient-centred care, audit/research, leadership and service design.
