ASME ASM 2026 runs from 30 June to 2 July 2026 at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham under the theme Beyond Boundaries: Innovation, Inclusion and Impact in Health Professions Education. The meeting is aimed at educators, learners, healthcare professionals and researchers working in medical and health professions education. The official ASME page lists keynote speakers including Prof Gerry Gormley, Prof Michelle D Lazarus, Steve Boam, Dr Aaron Drovandi, Emily Roisin Reid and Dr Lisa M. Meeks. The programme includes keynote lectures, symposia, interactive workshops, doctoral research, oral and e-poster presentations, with sessions across all three days. Abstract submissions closed at 17:00 GMT on Monday 5 January 2026 and accepted abstracts must be presented in person, with no virtual presentation route. Submission formats include oral research or innovation presentations, doctoral research presentations, What's Your Point presentations, e-posters and symposia. The Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom approved the Annual Scholarship Meeting for 15 category 1 external CPD credits. Registration is now sold out, but published final rates list three-day non-member registration at 745 GBP, early-career member registration at 400 GBP and student member registration at 290 GBP; early-bird non-member pricing was 695 GBP until 31 May 2026.
