RCEM Annual Conference 2027 is the Royal College of Emergency Medicine flagship annual conference and runs from 13 to 15 April 2027 at Manchester Central Convention Complex. The public conference pages advertise face-to-face attendance and a virtual ticket route covering the live stream and 12-month recordings for tracks 1 and 2; tracks 3 and 4 are not available virtually or on demand. The conference has a live call for talks with an in-person speaking expectation and expenses process, and separate abstract submissions for research work, quality improvement projects and case reports. The Annual Conference abstract route is open through RCEM's abstract submissions page, with oral presentations awarded to the top-scoring abstracts and the next group offered poster presentation. Successful abstract presenters must register and pay for the conference, but receive a personal 20% presenter discount that cannot be combined with other discounts. Registration pages state super early-bird pricing is available until 30 September at 23:59, early-bird pricing until 4 January at 23:59, face-to-face registration closes on Tuesday 6 April at 23:59 BST, and virtual registration closes on Tuesday 15 April at 07:00 BST. The public programme is not yet a timed agenda, but the key themes page gives a strong preview across adolescence, rare emergencies, paediatric resuscitation, global emergency medicine, military and conflict medicine, major trauma, older adults, front-door fundamentals, community emergency care, regional anaesthesia, career pathways and ethical decision making.
