RCPsych International Congress 2026 is the Royal College of Psychiatrists' flagship in-person congress, running from 15 to 18 June 2026 at the Convention Centre at Liverpool Experience Campus. The official Congress page now states that online bookings are closed and that delegates who have not yet registered can book and pay onsite at the venue. The registration page lists onsite whole-conference fees of GBP 995 for non-members, GBP 895 for consultant members/fellows/affiliates, GBP 710 for resident doctors in higher training and SAS doctors, GBP 475 for resident doctors in core training, GBP 610 for subsidised members, and GBP 455 for student and foundation doctor associates. The programme page describes the Congress as an annual flagship event where leading psychiatrists from across the world meet to share knowledge, debate, collaborate, educate and network. The programme includes pre-registration and a welcome reception on Sunday 14 June, then four main Congress days from Monday 15 to Thursday 18 June, with symposia, keynote lectures, rapid-fire poster presentations, lounges for students and resident doctors, and social and fringe events. Poster submission material confirms that 2026 abstracts used Oxford Abstracts, closed at 5.00pm GMT on Friday 6 February 2026, and covered categories including Research, Education and Training, Quality Improvement, Service Evaluation, Audit, Case Study and Psychopharmacology. The poster FAQ states that accepted posters are displayed digitally as ePosters, top-scoring posters may be selected for five-minute rapid-fire oral presentation, and accepted abstracts are published in the BJPsych Open Supplement if authors opt in and the work has not already been published elsewhere. The registration page confirms the event is not live streamed, but recorded sessions where speaker permission is given are planned for release after Congress through a paid recording package, with whole-conference delegates receiving access at no additional charge.
