| Full Membership | Applicants who can demonstrate involvement in areas relevant to psychopharmacology by qualifications, publications or research activity | £100 |
| Retired Full Membership | Former Full Members upon retirement, no longer earning a substantive salary from the NHS or a University | £50 |
| Early Career Membership | Post-doctorates, clinical psychologist trainees, medical doctors in clinical training posts or clinical junior training fellowships with PhD awarded, or university posts below Lecturer status. Limited to maximum 6-year term or until attaining Lecturer status or completion of clinical training | £50 |
| Training Membership | Professionals training in psychopharmacology and neuroscience, particularly those registered for a degree and at the start of their career, with low income and normally registered for a medical degree. Limited to maximum 5-year term or until employed in a full-time position | £20 |
